 Q: Where is my order?

A: It is most likely being crafted. That is the longest part of the order. If within 2-3 weeks of your payment date you have not received an email from me and you need an update, feel free to reach out.

Q: How long does MY ORDER take to ship?

A: It depends on your order, make sure you read the description for each item carefully. If you are in a rush, be sure to contact me ASAP at cosplaypros@gmail.com Production delays are also possible for various reasons, and if there is one I usually will send out an email to AFFECTED customers. 

Q: What are your shipping options?

A: Normal shipping takes around 2-3 business days in the US. Around 2-4 weeks internationally. If you require rush shipping, please contact me at cosplaypros@gmail.com

Q: Do the helmet kits come in white COLOR?

A: Mostly yes, but at times they may have spots on them that are not white. The kits are simply raw casts that I trim, sand and sometimes I fill up the imperfections with bondo for you. If you have to have it white and do not want to paint it, contact me and I will work with you. 

Q: Do I have to cut the glove pieces out?

A: If you bought the helmet kit or the glove kit, yes. If you bought the finished gloves, no. Simple scissors work well for the kit and be sure to use some sand-paper to smooth out rough cuts.

Q: Do the helmet kits have room for LEDs?

Q: I want a FINISHED chromed helmet and I want it as soon as possible!

A: Contact me RIGHT NOW! cosplaypros@gmail.com There is no time to waste. If I don’t have one in stock(I usually don’t let stock sit around), then the fastest I can deliver from scratch is around 2 weeks FOR A SIGNIFICANT PRICE INCREASE.
